Pasban Welfare Centre -(Ration Issued)

Pasban Welfare Centre is serving the the poor and needy people for last many years. Ration is one of its services and the organization has issued 6225 ration packets in 2008, 12126 packets in 2009, 15615 packets in 2010, 8828 packets in 2011, 5667 packets in 2012 and 1326 packets so far in 2013.

A centre has been established at Younis Town, Fish Form, Satiana Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan to look into the problems of the less fortunate segment of society. Staff receives applications, carries out physical verification of the applicant by visiting the locality and recommends the line of action. Then this verified application is forwarded to Chairman Major Retd. Shahnawaz or Dr. Shamaila Shahnawaz for orders. After due consideration monetary help or school tuition fee or clothing or rations for one year are sanctioned. The individual is issued a Ration Card and the applicant is informed to collect the items once a month for full one year. Presently more than 1500 people are benefitting every month from this centre.

The selected candidates are given stationery, lunch and education free of cost. There is a special arrangement to learn Islamic values and knowledge.
